Digital Delivery — Rackaholic

Rackaholic is software delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

1. What you receive

We issue the licence key only after your payment has been received and processed by the payment platform. When the platform confirms it, we send an e-mail to the address you used at checkout. It contains:

your licence key, in the form RACK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX;
a link to download the Rackaholic installer for Windows (64-bit), the current version.

If the e-mail has not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to rackaholic.support@gmail.com with your order number. If you were charged but the payment is still pending or failed, contact the payment platform: see section 4 of the Purchase Terms.

2. Installing

Run the installer and follow its steps. It installs the VST3 plug-in and the standalone application.
Rescan plug-ins in your DAW.

3. Activating

Open Rackaholic, enter your licence key in the activation window and press Activate. Activation needs an internet connection. After that, the software checks the licence about once a day while you use it and keeps working for up to 7 days without a connection. See section 2 of the Licence Agreement.

4. Updates and downloading again

Updates within the version you bought are free. If you need the installer again, write to us from the address you bought with. If an update is ever required to keep the licence service working, the plug-in shows a link to download it.

5. Moving to another computer

A licence covers one computer. Moving it to another computer is not a guaranteed right: write to us, and we decide on each request at our discretion. If we agree, we release the old activation.
